Delivery
We offer a fast, friendly and secure mail order service.
Generally speaking orders received before mid-day will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Mondays or in the case of bank holidays, the next working day.
All online orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service which is included in the price of the order.
If required we can offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service at an additional cost.
If required we can offer both the Tracked Services above with sign for on receipt at an additional cost.
Returns
Non faulty items may be returned to us providing:
We are contacted via email sales@clockparts.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of the goods giving us notice of your intent to return them.
Goods must be returned within 7 days.
The original receipt which you received with your order must be enclosed with the product being returned.
Goods must be unused, with the original packaging, undamaged, all parts intact and in a saleable condition.
The buyer is liable for the return p&p of the goods.
Postage is non refundable on return of goods for incorrectly ordered/change of mind.
Faulty items can be returned for exchange or refund.
Please ensure that the goods are returned with the original packaging along with your sales receipt so we can deal with the exchange/refund promptly.
Upon receipt of the goods, once having been examined and deemed faulty, not damaged or misused by the purchaser a refund or exchange will be issued.
